I view healing as a sacred process that involves the whole person, mind, body, emotions, sexuality, culture, and spirituality as they shape us, harm us, and heal us. I’m interested in working with women, pregnancy/postpartum issues, trauma, spiritual/existential/religious issues, eating and loving your body, and couples.
I believe that therapy is a supportive space to explore, to be vulnerable, to come to new understanding, discover personal power, and to improve lives and relationships. I will work with you to feel empowered for both yourself and your relationships.
