I believe that to change, one must understand themselves first—how we became who we are, and how our problems came to be what they are. I take a systemic and contextual approach to this understanding, recognizing that our lives and identities are shaped by the complex interactions of personal, familial, and cultural influences.
I will help you improve your relationship communication, work through the pain to find forgiveness, and learn solid ways to connect for a more rewarding relationship. I can help you make sense of the present, teach you skills for your journey, and support you while you learn to write the next chapter of your story. I am here to create a safe, open space for you to talk about or to help you identify your personal goals and wants. I want to help guide you to a less stressful life and to foster caring and loving relationships with others and yourself.
I want my clients to feel like I am on their side and ready to act as a guide to help them better understand themselves and what a better and happier life looks like to them. I want to help disentangle my client’s thoughts, worries, and hopes and to transform these threads into goals and a vision for their future. Please message me to schedule a consultation.
