In our work together, it is my priority to cultivate a space that is free of judgment and feels inviting to explore all parts of yourself. I understand the process of healing through a lens that is transformative. I am deeply passionate and heart-centered when I think about the collaborative process of therapy — I want to first hear and listen to your story — and then, notice what is going well, what is working, a strength you may not have even noticed, and guide you to lean into and acknowledge that. I hope to provide a space where you can release the breath you’ve been holding and recognize that what’s been going wrong can be the catalyst for what is going to be okay in the end. My hope as a therapist is that you discover your innate power to create change in the way that you want to. I will take your lead while we work together, as you tell your story and rewrite it to be the one you desire, and come up with solutions that feel natural and best for you. I aim to emphasize all parts of your life and how these play a role in who you are, so that I may have the honor to recognize and appreciate you exactly as you are.
