I view therapy as a partnership built on trust between the therapist and the client. I am here to provide support and encouragement as clients move towards healing the whole body, mind, and spirit. Because therapy can sometimes be intimidating, I can go as fast or as slow as needed; I want to create a warm and comfortable space for sharing. I enjoy navigating the depths of your family history while working to improve your present concerns.
At your request, I can also incorporate a spirituality into therapy, discussing your faith, religion, or spirituality and how that plays a role in your life.
